I want to be your next Senior UX Designer
Why we'd be a good fit:
Design Leadership: I've taken complex account problems and helped create a seamless experience for our users. Under the hood there's a lot of back and forth data, and on the surface a smooth, quick, positive experience.
I Simplify: I've worked closely with developers and PMs to simplify complex information into digestible, actionable data. I'd love to help the design team build easy to use software for patients, pharmacists and other potential users. I've been simplifying messy problems for over 6 years.
Innovative Experimenter: I love testing out new technology that will help my team improve a metric. While we're moving rapidly, I keep the software looking and feeling consistent. I rely heavily on data measure my team's impact so we not only build beautiful software, but increase revenue for Walmart.
Collaborative Designer: It looks like this designer will need to understand design systems, and to rely on those to build software at a quick pace. I've build 3 design systems and build prototypes to help my developers see the bigger picture.
