Why we'd be a good fit:
I love research: I've conducted lots of qualitative research—calling dozens of customers and asking them questions. I've written dozens of surveys and gotten hundreds of responses. I've looked at data (quantitative research) to measure impact of product iterations.
I'm a visual person: At the end of the day I love designing and creating. I love taking that data from research and creating something beautiful that improves someone's life.
Innovative Problem Solver: When faced with a tricky problem, I'll bring in solutions that I've seen work in other fields to see if they work in UX (with lots of success). I saw something Etsy was doing that worked really well and brought it over to Mango Voice
Collaboration and Communication Master: I've been working closely with Product Managers and Developers for years. When we're all working asynchronously I'll usually send slack messages to update my team and attach Loom videos.
