I love building: I've been collaborating with highly talented folks since 2017! I've helped direct product strategy, lead on new products from zero to thousands of customers, and building jr. designers along the way!
Design Systems Wizard: Okay, so wizard sounds like a bit much—but I mean it. I've built 3 different design systems for engineers over the last 4 years. I'm good at it, and I make it feel like magic. I help other designers understand how to use a system to speed up their work.
Design for humans: There's nothing more important than building for real people. I build empathy by talking our customers and trying to get in their heads—understand what they want, what they hate about our app, and how give them more time and success!
Culture and Mentor: I love building up other people; I encourage my team to focus on value instead of being "busy" and to be brutally honest with each other—knowing that we're speaking to do what's best for our team.
