Why we'd be a good fit:
I think long term: I'm focused on the task at hand but I think about the bigger picture—how will this impact the rest of the app? How will we iterate on this feature in 6 months? I collaborate with my PMs and Devs to think about the long term vision
Data is King: One thing I love about UX is the data; data helps direct our decisions. I rely on qualitative interviews and quantitative numbers to measure adoption and if we're helping people.
Ideation Wizard: Yeah a wizard is a bit much—but I love sketching out ideas, talking and discussion strategy. I take those ideas and build out prototypes to demonstrate to all stakeholders how we could solve a problem.
I love Design Systems: I've personally led teams to build 3 design systems in my previous roles; working on your Heart design system will be a piece of cake! I use design system components to transform ideas into valuable product features.
