I want to be your next Lead Product Designer
Why we'd be a good fit:
I love building because I get to collaborate with highly talented people in all departments. I've independently led products from zero to thousands of customers, and reporting to executive leadership on progress. I really enjoy doing qualitative interviews to understand user needs and then lead teams to build to those needs.
Design Leader: The weight of responsibility has fallen to me many times; I help PMs and Devs take conceptual ideas into concrete user friendly software products. I've worked with development to build for iOS, Android, and web products. I like to document designs myself and even record myself doing work occasionally.
I can't build alone: It's impossible to get anything really valuable done all by yourself—I love working with unique individuals from all walks of life. I've worked with front-end, back-end, PMs to get product out of our heads into users hands.
Presenting findings, successes, and lessons learned from mistakes to executive leadership isn't foreign to me either. I enjoy returning and reporting progress to everyone.
Diverse Skillset: My experience has been working with smaller teams, so I've worn a lot more hats:
I've needed to be a software expert
I regularly participate in strategic product discussions
I love using metrics to measure product success
I conduct research to measure if our roadmap is accurate to users JTBD (Jobs to be done)
